Orders can be placed via telephone using your credit card for payment.

To order via mail.
Complete the billing and shipping information fields, when asked for Order Submission, select via US Mail. Print the form on the screen or the one sent to your email. If you prefer to pay by credit card, write your card number and expiration date and sign the print out. If you prefer to pay by check, just enclose the print out along with a check or money order payable to Keefe Truck & Equipment for the amount due, and send it to us at: Keefe Truck & Equipment, 817 Mohr Ave., Waterford, WI 53185. We will process the order as soon as we receive it.
To order via fax
Follow the instructions for ordering via mail, except select Fax for your Order Submission option. Sign the print out, write your credit card number, and then fax it to us at (262) 514-2100. We will process the order as soon as we receive it.
